It was lovely seeing everyone at AWE EU!
Analysis
Quiet news this week, so here is an update on what I have been up to.
I was at AWE EU, where I caught up with a number of companies (on background). My vibe from the event is that businesses are seeing slightly tougher economic conditions in line with lower spend on services. I also had the impression that we may see a spike in activity early next year - but reaching then may be a problem for some.
While AWE is more businessy, then Stereopsia was more vibey. The European community is kind, and I was struck by how entrepreneurial and cash-efficient the Belgians are. What I now wonder about is business cross-synergy; how can investors see the efficient European firms who are doing some good work?
