Virtual reality can help with training, where people can gain new skills without endangering the lives of others. Learning new experiences becomes more vivid and memorable as users can interact with a virtual world, beyond books and web pages. The technology also provides an overall experience which grabs people’s hearts and minds, making them want to share widely with their friends and family (myself included). ‘Revolutionary’ is the best way to describe virtual reality, and

is set to be an interesting year for it.

A prestigious art gallery in the leafy streets of West London seems like an unconventional place to show off the latest developments in VR. But, as it turns out, the Saatchi Gallery is the perfect setting for the sensory feast that has been prepared with ‘We Live In An Ocean Of Air’, an art installation created by Marshmallow Laser Feast and powered by HP.

Augmented Reality (AR) will see some major new products coming in 2019. After the success of Pokemon Go, Niantic will release Wizards Unite, dressing the same formula in a new suit to generate millions. Companies use Google Glass to improve their work.

glasses are being made by both Google and Apple, though potentially for different reasons. AR in 2019 will continue its evolution, and will likely tap both consumer and enterprise success yet again.
